This picture is of the old fortification lookout site at
Umatac. Known as Fort Nuestra Senora De La Soledad.
These cannons were used by the Spanish to defend the south western
end of the island.
I assure you, the placement of the cannon in this picture was purely
coincidental. I didn't even notice
it until after I had already scanned it and posted it to the webpage.
